We are hiring experienced Host/ Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

. Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating

. Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently

. Escort guests to tables and provide menus

. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow

. Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area

. Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary

. Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely

. Support restaurant operations during busy service periods

. Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards

. Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests

. Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure

Job Location : Qatar & Kuwait

. High school diploma or equivalent preferred

. 1-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

. Good organizational and coordination skills

. Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
