The Rig Manager is responsible for coordinating the operational functions of all the Rigs in the Unit, with special emphasis on the drilling operations, towards effective and efficient performance of the Rigs. Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Some form of management training or formal educational experience is preferred.
• Professional Experience:
• Skills Technical: Minimum 5 years Experience as Rig Manager with 3000 HP rig /Deep Drilling Operations, 8-10 years progressive experience in drilling operations is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Skills Communication: Bi-lingual is preferred (English, Arabic). Verbal communication skills necessary.
• Skills People: Ability to interact with individuals in a cross-cultural environment. Leadership and employee development skills. Team oriented.
• Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, and Other Requirements: Valid Well Control Level 4 - Drilling Supervisor Level & Certified in all required safety training programs, including but not limited to underwater safety, firefighting, and helicopter underwater escape. Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
