Al Naseem Pro is seeking experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians specialising in commercial rack refrigeration systems . The technician will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centralised refrigeration rack systems used in commercial and supermarket environments.

Maintain and troubleshoot multi-compressor rack refrigeration systems . Service compressor racks, evaporators, condensers, and refrigeration circuits. Diagnose refrigerant pressure, temperature, and system performance issues. Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection. Troubleshoot refrigeration controls and basic electrical systems. Maintain refrigeration systems serving display cabinets, cold rooms, freezers, and supermarket refrigeration . Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirement: Commercial Rack Refrigeration experience is mandatory.

Proven hands-on experience in commercial rack system refrigeration . Strong knowledge of multiple compressors connected to a centralised rack . Experience with supermarket/commercial refrigeration systems. Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Pease note: Candidates with only residential split AC experience will not be suitable .

Preference: 1. English speaking candidate preferred. 2. Driving License is a major advantage for selection.
