Deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes for clients of varying abilities

Lead engaging group classes lasting between 50 60 minutes

Conduct approximately 2 3 group classes per day, with the remainder of your schedule focused on private sessions

Design personalised Pilates programmes for one-to-one and small group clients based on posture, movement patterns, goals, and ability

Assess clients' movement quality and provide appropriate modifications and progressions

Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive class environment

Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and encourage long-term healthy lifestyle habits

Maintain exceptional standards of client care and professionalism

Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding member experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Minimum of 2 years' professional teaching experience
