Job Purpose:

1. To ensure the successful execution of low voltage and ICT projects with strict adherence to QA/QC standards, while providing presales technical support and managing site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals for tenders and company projects.
• Manage QA/QC activities, including preparation and review of SAT, FAT, ITP, NCR, and punch list closure.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage systems such as:
• CCTV
• Access Control Systems
• Gate Barrier & Parking Management Systems
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
• Audio Visual Systems
• BMS (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell)
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Attend clarification meetings with clients and follow up on approvals.
• Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage handover documentation and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with market requirements and general specifications.

•    Bachelor Degree in engineering field 
•    3 to 5  years of experience in smilar position
•    Ability to work in team 

•    good interpersonal skills.
