As a Corporate Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional travel services tailored to the needs of corporate clients. Your role encompasses client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. You will work closely with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements, manage bookings, and provide timely support. Your mission is to enhance client satisfaction, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of corporate travel services.
Corporate Client Acquisition:
Identify and target corporate clients interested in travel services.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and presentations to showcase our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering
travel assistance.
Consult with corporate clients to determine their travel requirements and preferences.
Create customized travel itineraries, including airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, and
other services.

Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
Knowledge of cost-saving strategies and travel expense management.
