Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming knowledge, and a good understanding of RPA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate automation solutions with various applications, APIs, and databases.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated processes.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in automation design.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development life cycle.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB.NET, or Python for automation scripting.
• Experience with SQL databases and API integrations.
• Knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, and logging mechanisms.
