The candidate bridges the gap between architectural design and structural implementation. He/She is responsible for designing, analyzing, and building technical systems—such as HVAC, electrical, and structural systems—to ensure buildings are safe, sustainable, and functional.

·        System Design: Develop structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max). [
