Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services (KDF) is seeking an Officer- People Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality talent while partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring across the organization.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local and overseas hiring.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview guides, assessments, and candidate evaluation reports.
• Draft and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, offers, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Hire.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, government employment authorities, and other sourcing channels.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics, including recruitment metrics, sourcing effectiveness, vacancy status, and hiring trends.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven recruitment experience, with strong blue-collar hiring experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, or similar sectors.
• Experience in local and overseas recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
