Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Electrical to manage and grow our electrical product portfolio. The role involves leading the full product lifecycle, driving revenue and market share, defining pricing strategies, and supporting sales and market penetration.
- Develop and deliver the product operating plan to achieve revenue growth, market share, profitability, and ROI targets.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept development to launch, promotion, and ongoing support.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products to ensure strong positioning and differentiation in the electrical products market.
- Work closely with sales teams to define product sales strategies and drive market penetration.
- Prepare accurate product forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management review.
- Lead brand development initiatives to improve product visibility, awareness, and market share.
- Determine product pricing and costing based on market research, volume projections, and customized project requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory control, and timely delivery.
- Train and enable sales teams while supporting regulatory, government, and consultant approvals for products.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent command in both languages (Arabic and English)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the electrical.
- Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage pricing, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and regulatory approvals is an advantage.
