Responsibilities:

  6. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate progress.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to create a talent pipeline.
  8. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to offer.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve recruitment processes.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the industrial sector.
