Project Contract Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contracts adhere to legal standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
  • Manage attendance and timesheets for contract employees.
  • Prepare all necessary documents required for invoice submissions.
  • Monitor contract performance and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met as agreed.
  • Support in resolving contractual disputes and other related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
  • Generate regular reports on contract status and performance.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory updates related to contract management.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Extensive experience in ministry projects.
  • Proven track record in contract administration and manpower management.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Must have excellent Arabic typing skills.
  • Candidate must be based in Kuwait.
  • Transferrable residency.
  • Immediate Joiner.
