The company is implementing a new incentive system to motivate drivers and increase their monthly earnings.
The plan includes the following:
Tiered Monthly Commission System
- 1 to 100 deliveries: 1.200 KWD per delivery
- 101 to 150 deliveries: 1.250 KWD per delivery
- 151 to 200 deliveries: 1.300 KWD per delivery
- More than 200 deliveries: 1.350 KWD per delivery + a bonus of 10 KWD
Weekly Performance Bonus
- Completing 50 deliveries per week: a bonus of 5 KWD
- Completing 75 deliveries: bonus of 10 KWD
- Completing 100 deliveries: bonus of 20 KWD
Important Note
For deliveries exceeding 15 kilometers, an additional charge of 0.050 KWD will be added for each extra kilometer.
Driver payments are issued twice per month.
