Counter Sales Executive

  • Provide exceptional customer service, drive counter sales and ensure smooth sales operations
  • Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Handle cash sales, process invoices, and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Prepare quotations for cash customers and process sales orders for direct purchases.
  • Accurately enter all orders into the ERP system for smooth processing and tracking.
  • Coordinate with central stores and factory to ensure stock availability order manufacturing and manage timely deliveries.
  • Manage invoices, stock records, cash transactions, and product labelling.
  • Ensure daily submission of reports and adherence to company reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed records of visiting customers and their preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
  • Manage inventory and maintain showroom standard
  • Support business growth
  • Ensure proper merchandising of products as per manager instructions.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization to enhance the customer experience.

Skills

  • Technically computer savvy (Microsoft, Tally, etc...)
  • Hindu speaking and full understanding of Arabic language
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics (offer proposals, quotations, sale confirmation, putting orders, BOQs, invoicing, cashiering, issuing credit notes, receipts, pick-up lists, etc…)
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Excellent phone and presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates
  • Ideally experience in selling Products of Industrial building material
  • Issuing daily report to managers.
  • Holding a valid Kuwaiti driving licence
