Highly experienced Program Manager / Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects under a USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) 5-year contract in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JOC (Job Order Contract) pricing and be proficient in using the Gordian pricing book for pricing task orders. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects under MACC/IDIQ/JOC contracts.
- Managed and coordinated multiple job order projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure project execution aligns with contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilize the Gordian pricing book to develop accurate pricing for task orders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with USACE construction standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Program Manager or Project Manager role.
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- JOC (Job Order Contract) pricing experience is mandatory.
Special Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Gordian pricing book for task order pricing.
- Prior experience with USACE construction projects is preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects under MACC/IDIQ/JOC contracts.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
