The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting the management team within the real estate sector in Kuwait. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, managing communication, and ensuring that the office operates smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings and conferences.
