Key Responsibilities:

- Select suppliers and various fabric qualities that align with our brand standards.

- Negotiate prices, target costs, and quantities with suppliers.

- Ensure fabric selections meet the brand's quality standards.

- Address production issues in collaboration with the manager and designer.

- Oversee the entire collection process after the designer completes their work.

- Coordinate logistics for the transport of goods and track orders for timely delivery.

- Adhere to timelines set by our Kuwait headquarters to ensure collection delivery.

- Analyze market trends to make informed buying decisions.

- Develop an efficient system for monitoring all open purchase orders accurately.

- Understand product testing procedures, read laboratory reports, and provide approvals based on company standards.

- Read technical packs and collaborate with the design department before sending them to suppliers.

- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new partnerships.

- Process requisitions and keep management updated on order statuses.

- Prepare comments on patterns, fittings, colors, and fabric quality in collaboration with designers before sending them to suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Preferably experience as a Women’s Wear Buyer/Fashion Buyer or Merchandiser.

- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

- Ability to analyze market trends effectively.
