Job Description: We are looking for a Fit-out Estimation Engineer to prepare cost estimates for Fit out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fit out estimation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for Fit out projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings.
- Review and assess the cost of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation.
- Prepare project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project feasibility.
- Provide technical support to junior engineers and other project employees.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit out estimation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
