Job responsibilities

  • Maintain accounts for wholesale horticulture farm in ERP Software
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payments to suppliers based on bills and supporting documents
  • Payables and receivables reconciliations
  • Inventory control
  • Payroll, employee leave, and service benefits
  • Cost sheets and price lists
  • Periodical and analytical reports
  • Sales analysis, production, and sales forecasts
  • Budgeting, cash flow
  • Budget variance analysis and investigation
  • Monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet
  • Interact with banks, suppliers, customers, and external auditors


Education and experience

  • Degree in accounting and commerce
  • Minimum five years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Working experience in Word, Excel, etc.,
