We are looking for Sales ladies

Sales &Customer Service

  1. Approach potential customers to bring more sales  and maintain excellent relations with the existing customers. To be the point of contact between the customers and the company and enhance sales.
  2. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  3. Answering queries from customers. And giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  4. Aid customers in locating merchandise; ensure no customer is unattended
  5. Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, refunds and Communicate customer requests and complaints to management.
  6. To inform and follow-up with customers of booked and repaired products and report action to Shop-In-charge. Follow-up on the repair orders for timely delivery; Inspect and ensure all repairs have been carried out in accordance with the customer's requirements before informing the customer.
  7. Be updated and aware of the stock movements and items to provide proper information to customers.    
  8. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements to inform customers.

Safety and security Management

  1. Correct use of security measures, vigilance to all areas of risk, & correct completion of all required documentation in order to eliminate stock loss.
  2. Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
  3. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.

 

Store presentation

  1. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
  2. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and stocking shelves with merchandise. 
  3. Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.

 

Cash Management

  1. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
  2. Balancing cash registers with receipts.
  3. Ensure proper amounts of payments are received from the customer and proper change/balance amounts are returned; ensure proper procedures are followed in case of Credit Card sales.
  4. Prepare invoices thoroughly without any corrections or over-writing for all sales made.
     

Product Management

  1. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
  2. Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
  3. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
  4. Process deliveries & stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with Company Procedures.

 

Reporting

  1. Prepare and submit the Daily Sales Report to the Shop-In-charge.
  2. Report to Supervisor excessive display material lying unutilized.
  3. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the shop managers.
