Required to work for a group of restaurants - Assistant head chef

  • Possess strong management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  •  Ability to handle & strongly manage his team in 03 branches in different locations.
  •  Passion for food: someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and creating menus
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Ability to create and develop new menu items & recipes & costing
  • Ability to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the Kitchen & food preparation area
  • A good sense of business; to be efficient and cost-effective
  • Past experience of working in a well-known Japanese kitchen or similar position
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to cope under stressful conditions
  • Ability to pay attention to details: adherence to specific ingredients and measurement needed for various menus
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Ability to multi task: The Assistant Head Chef position must be able to handle many tasks all at once
  • Past experience in Material Control system is highly recommended.
