- Collect process & communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritizing where necessary
- Create & maintain accurate files & reports
- Act as First Point of Contact and ambassador for HR department & company at all times
- Plan, devise & implement reports & processes to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Support team to achieve common goals.
- Effectively prioritize one's own workload.
- Keep up to date with all daily tasks.
- Liaise with internal contacts i.e. recruitment dept., Government formalities and operations
- Maintain appropriate records and create tracking reports for all actions and initiatives
Personal profile & key skills
- General office administration.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) Strong Communication skills.
- Energy /enthusiasm / creativity
- Internal customer service experience and application/interpretation of personnel policies
- A minimum of 1 year in administrative support function ideally in an HR service.
- Valid Kuwait driving license
