•Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions and help them select vehicles that are suited to their needs.
•Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
•Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives.
•Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
•Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
•Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
•Product knowledge and understanding.
•Preferred Language : Arabic, English
•Duty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
