We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join our team in Kuwait. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that effectively showcase our products, events, and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the photography needs for various projects.
2. Plan and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring that all required equipment and props are ready.
3. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our products, events, and services.
4. Edit and retouch images and videos using industry-standard software to ensure they meet the desired aesthetic and quality standards.
5. Manage and organize the photography library, ensuring that all files are properly labeled and stored.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visuals.
7. Collaborate with the design team to incorporate the visual content into marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
8. Adhere to project timelines and deliver the final images and videos within the agreed-upon deadlines.
9. Assist with set design and staging for photoshoots, ensuring that the environment complements the subject being photographed.
10. Ensure that all photography equipment is properly maintained and stored, and report any issues or necessary repairs.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience as a Photographer, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Proficient in using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
3. Strong knowledge of photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and editing.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing aesthetically pleasing images.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in using industry-standard photo editing software.
8. Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, is a plus.
9. Ability to adapt to different shooting environments and adjust techniques accordingly.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
