- Provide 24h production support for Base24 and other payment systems.
- Proactively monitor system performance & identify potential issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the critical payment systems.
- Escalate issues to the second level of senior technical staff or vendors when necessary.
- Conduct regular systems checks, maintenance. and housekeeping tasks
- Execute failover switching to the Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
- Document and track all support tickets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Identify and propose system improvements and automation opportunities.
- adherence to the production support documents and manual.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in production support or a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and databases.
Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Familiarity with incident management and ITIL best practices.
